After having accepted Jesus as Savior and Lord as a teenager and having completed my undergraduate studies, I followed the call of the Lord and completed seminary. This was a true journey in faith. I had been teaching biology in a local high school but was led to accept a position in a local baptist church. Working with the youth was a blessing for me through their eagerness to learn and serve. Leaving this position as an associate in the First Baptist Church of Blairsville Georgia and traveling to Kentucky with a wife and two young and having total dependence on the Lord gave Him the opportunity to show me how great His love is truly manifested. Shortly after arriving at seminary the Lord sent me to a small church as pastor. This experience was one that allowed me to grow to an even greater extent in my walk with the Lord as I ministered to the people and truly began to understand faith and its importance in our lives. The next leap of faith for me was beginning my journey in the non-denominational church. Each day is a brighter, fresher, deeper experience with Him. Now as a pastor of a non-denominational church the Lord continues to lead me to new levels to use my giftings, as He says in the Word to do "even greater things" to edify the body of Christ.
