CCI internships are designed to introduce the student to Christian charity and unity through extensive experience in Christ Central Mission Stations. CCI internships are operated through a partnership between Christ Central Missions and Christ Central Institute.

Internships are available in three different formats:
- 1 week youth missions internships;
- 1 week adult missions internships;
- 3 month adult missions internships.

The mission of CCI internships is:
1. To foster a long-term commitment within interns for Christian charity and unity through practical experience and biblical teaching.
2. To promote Christ Central Institute as a viable educational choice for interns.
3. To promote Christ Central Missions as: (1) an applicable model for interns to implement elsewhere; (2) a worthy recipient of interns’ time and resources.
4. To provide practical training for upcoming youth ministers through interaction with youth mission groups.

Christ Central Internships exist:
1. For the non-traditional, Christian student who may be limited in resources, education, age, or time.
2. For students in need of practical experiences in Christian charity and unity lacking in other Christian settings.
